摘  要:宽带大功率开关组件主要运用于收发一体的通信系统中,位于天线后端,实现分时收发,通过极低的损耗可以提高接收机灵敏度和发射机效率。本文利用PIN二极管WPX042HB设计制作了宽带大功率开关组件,并通过微波设计软件(ADS)对该电路的插入损耗、驻波等进行了仿真。The broadband high-power switch module is mainly used in the integrated transceiver communication system.It is located at the back end of the antenna to realize time-sharing transceiver.Through its extremely low loss,it can improve the sensitivity of the receiver and the efficiency of the transmitter.In this paper,the PIN diode wpx042hb is used to design and manufacture a broadband high-power switch module,and the insertion loss and standing wave of the circuit are simulated by microwave design software(ADS).
