摘　　要：江苏有线已经完成直播信号三级播控平台建设,本文主要在三级播控技术平台的基础上,设计一套行之有效的安播监测平台,用于对已经建设完成的三级播控平台进行实时监测,保证三级播控平台信号的传输安全。本文重点阐述了江苏有线安播监测平台的设计实现。Jiangsu Radio and Television Cable Information Network Co.,Ltd has completed the construction of three-level broadcast control platform of live broadcast signal.This paper mainly designs an effective security broadcast monitoring platform on the basis of three-level broadcast control technology platform,which is used for real-time monitoring of the completed three-level broadcast control platform to ensure the transmission safety of three-level broadcast control platform signal.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the safety broacast monitoring platform.
