摘　　要：针对环境监测施工的要求,我单位自主研发了HJ-120D多功能取样钻机。该钻机可实现直推给进取样及高频冲击给进取样,可以满足0~100 m深度的无扰动土壤取样,还可实现回转建井,为取水样及药剂注入提供支持。钻机履带行走通过性强,能应用于各种复杂地形,托架微调结构使钻机更易对正孔位,桅杆四向可调能实现多角度倾斜作业。钻机液压系统采用负载敏感控制系统,实现了各动作的无级调速,流量压力按需输出,节能减排。电气控制系统采用了CAN总线图形显示控制器,具有数据采集、可编程控制、虚拟仪表显示、总线传输及故障诊断等功能。通过现场试验,证明该钻机适用于多种工况条件的环境取样施工。According to the requirements of environmental monitoring construction,our company has independently developed HJ-120D multi-functional sampling drill.This drill can realize direct push and feed sampling and high-frequency impact feed sampling,and can meet the undisturbed soil sampling at the depth of 0~100 m.It can also realize rotary well construction to provide support for water sampling and reagent injection.The drill crawler has strong trafficability and can cope with various complex terrain.The fine-tuning structure of the bracket makes it easier for the drill to align the hole position.The mast can be adjusted in four directions to realize multi angle inclined operation.The hydraulic system of drill adopts the load sensitive control system,which realizes the stepless speed regulation for each action,the output of flow and pressure on demand,energy conservation and emission reduction.The electrical control system adopts advanced CAN-bus graphic display controller with data acquisition,programmable control,virtual instrument display,bus transmission,fault diagnosis and other functions.
