乡村振兴战略下新疆深度贫困区农业农村经济发展对策研究——以阿克苏地区为例

摘　　要：自国家实施乡村振兴战略以来,新疆深度贫困区努力克服各种不利因素,积极推动农业农村经济稳步增长。阿克苏地区作为新疆深度贫困区之一,2021年以来,针对农业科技服务支撑不足、自然灾害威胁严重、农产品加工能力不足等农业产业化发展短板,制定了有效的措施,积极应对风险挑战,农业农村延续稳中有进的增长态势,为推进当地农业农村经济发展奠定了坚实的基础。Since the country implemented the rural revitalization strategy,deeply impoverished areas in Xinjiang have made great efforts to overcome various unfavorable factors and actively promote the steady growth of agricultural and rural economy.Aksu has formulated effective measures and actively responded to difficulties such as insufficient support for agricultural science and technology services,serious threats of natural disasters,insufficient processing capacity for agricultural products,and outstanding shortcomings in the development of agricultural industrialization.Despite various risks and challenges,agriculture and rural areas continued to grow steadily,laying a solid foundation for promoting local agricultural and rural economic development.
