摘  要:近年来,由于分子生物学与生物信息学的飞速发展,使基于DNA水平的分子标记技术能够揭示棉花的遗传特性,与形态学、细胞学、生物化学标记比较,该标记的准确度高、数量多、多态性高;具有良好的共显性、不影响表型、检测方法简单、快速、开发和应用费用低廉等优点。分子标记技术具有独特的优势,可以用于构建棉花的遗传图谱、分子标记辅助育种、重要农艺性状的标记和定位;在种质资源的分离、纯化、遗传多样性的研究中,有较大的实用价值。文章介绍了近年来在棉花纤维上应用的分子标记技术及其在棉花育种中的应用和前景。In recent years,due to the rapid development of molecular biology and bioinformatics,molecular marker technology based on DNA level can reveal the genetic characteristics of cotton.Molecular markers are based on mutations in DNA base sequences.Compared with morphological,cytological and biochemical markers,this marker has high accuracy,large number and high polymorphism.It has the advantages of good co dominance,no influence on phenotype,simple and rapid detection method,low development and application cost.Molecular marker technology has unique advantages,which can be used to construct genetic map of cotton,molecular marker assisted breeding,marking and positioning of important agronomic traits.It has great practical value in the separation,purification and genetic diversity of germplasm resources.This paper introduces the molecular marker technology applied in cotton fiber in recent years and its application and prospect in cotton breeding.
