摘　　要：目的:颅脑损伤患者围术期不同护理干预方案的压疮预防疗效。方法:以2018年6月至2020年6月于本院接受手术治疗的96例女性颅脑损伤患者为病例,以随机双盲法为标准进行对照组、观察组划分,各组为48例患者;对照组围术期接受常规护理,观察组围术期接受优质护理;比较两组护理后的GCS、NIHSS、SF-36评分以及压疮发生率、护理满意度。结果:观察组的GCS、NIH-SS评分均低于对照组,NIHSS评分高于对照组,组间可见统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组无患者出现压疮,低于对照组的压疮发生率(12.50%)(P<0.05);观察组97.92%的患者护理满意,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:颅脑损伤患者围术期接受优质护理,能改善其神经功能与临床症状,同时可有效预防压疮,有利于提高患者的生活质量与护理满意度。Objective:The efficacy of pressure ulcer prevention in patients with craniocerebral injury during the perioperative period with different nursing intervention programs.Methods:Taking 96 female patients with craniocerebral injury who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 as cases,the control group and the observation group were divided according to the random double-blind method,with 48 cases in each group Patients;the control group received routine care during the perioperative period,and the observation group received high-quality care during the perioperative period;the GCS,NIHSS,SF-36 scores,the incidence of pressure ulcers,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results:The GCS and NIHSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the NIHSS scores were higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences between the groups(P<0.05);no patients in the observation group had pressure ulcers,which were lower than those of the control group Incidence rate(12.50%)(P<0.05);97.92%of patients in the experimental group were satisfied with their nursing care,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with craniocerebral injury receiving high-quality care during the perioperative period can improve their neurological function and clinical symptoms,and at the same time can effectively prevent pressure ulcers,which is beneficial to improve the patients'quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
