尤瑞克林联合天降血栓通丸在急性脑梗死rtPA溶栓治疗中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨尤瑞克林联合天降血栓通丸在急性脑梗死阿替普酶(rtPA)溶栓治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年2月-2020年2月某院接受治疗的64例急性脑梗死患者进行本次研究,按照抽签法分为研究组和对照组各32例。对照组采用rtPA溶栓治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上,采用尤瑞克林联合天降血栓通丸治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗疗效,对比两组治疗前后中医证候评分、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动(ADL)评分以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,研究组的总有效率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(71.87%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中医证候评分、NIHSS评分分别为(5.27±1.50)分、(6.27±1.23)分均显著低于对照组的(6.92±1.63)分、(7.95±1.27)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ADL评分[(92.64±7.73)分]显著高于对照组[(73.52±6.39)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尤瑞克林联合天降血栓通丸在急性脑梗死rtPA溶栓治疗上可提高治疗疗效,改善患者临床症状,改善微循环,提高治疗疗效。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of urinary kallidinogenase combined with Tianjiang Xueshuantong pills in rtPA thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction.Methods:64 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in a hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected for this study.They were divided into the study group and the control group by lottery method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rtPA thrombolysis,and the study group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase combined with Tianjiang Xueshuantong pills on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 courses.The treatment efficacy,TCM syndrome score,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score,activities of daily living(ADL) score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(93.75%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Urinary kallidinogenase combined with Tianjiang Xueshuantong pills can improve the therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms,and microcirculation of acute cerebral infarction patients with rtPA thrombolysis.
