LEEP刀技术治疗慢性子宫颈炎的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:对LEEP刀(利普刀)技术治疗慢性子宫颈炎的效果展开系统分析。方法:利用EXCEL表统计筛选2019年10月-2020年11月某院妇科门诊治疗的98例慢性子宫颈炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各49例,对照组采用普通微波治疗,研究组采用LEEP刀术治疗,研究两组患者的临床效果、并发症发生率、手术相关指标以及炎性因子指标。结果:治疗后,研究组与对照组相比炎性因子指标改善显著(P<0.05);研究组(97.95%)与对照组(83.67%)相比临床效果较高(P<0.05);研究组(4.08%)与对照组(20.40%)相比并发症发生率较低(P<0.05);研究组与对照组相比手术相关指标较优(P<0.05)。结论:以LEEP刀术治疗慢性子宫颈炎患者可显著提升其临床效果,改善炎性因子指标,减少术后并发症状,手术相关指标较优,建议在临床中借鉴与推广。Objective:To carry out a systematic analysis of the effect of LEEP knife technology in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods:98 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in the hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were statistically screened using EXCEL table as the exploration target and randomly divided into the control group(n=49) and the study group(n=49).The control group was treated with ordinary microwave therapy,and the study group was treated with LEEP knife surgery.The clinical effect,incidence of complications,surgery-related indicators and inflammatory factors of the two groups were studied.Results:After treatment,the inflammatory factors indexes of the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the study group(97.95%) was higher than that of the control group(83.67%)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(4.08%) was lower than that in the control group(20.40%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had better surgery-related indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion:The LEEP knife operation in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis can significantly improve the clinical effect,improve inflammatory factors,and reduce postoperative complications,with better surgery-related indicators,which is recommended to be used in clinical practice for reference and promotion.
