摘　　要：电子档案单套制已成为档案管理发展的新趋势。高校与一般档案机构既相关联又存在较大差异。在高校电子档案单套制管理中,要注意单套制电子文件归档的要求,特别是对档案数据存在的诸如数据丢失、泄密,以及损害电子凭证价值的真实性、合法性与完整性等数据风险要有清晰的认知。针对单套制中可能存在的数据风险,提出可操作性的应对措施,为高校电子档案单套制管理体系的发展作有益的探索。The single set system of electronic archives has become a new trend in the development of archives management. Colleges and universities are related to general archives institutions, but there are great differences. In the management of single set electronic archives in colleges and universities, the requirements of single set electronic document archiving should be paid attention to, especially a clear understanding of the data risks of archival data is required, such as data loss, data disclosure, and damage to the authenticity, legitimacy and integrity of the value of electronic vouchers. Aiming at the possible data risks in the single set system, this paper puts forward operable countermeasures, so as to make a beneficial exploration for further promoting the development of the single set management system of electronic archives in colleges and universities.
