摘　　要：总结王琦教授治疗呼吸道变态反应性疾病经验。呼吸道变态反应性疾病主要包括变应性鼻炎、变应性咳嗽、变应性哮喘。认为体质在呼吸道变态反应性疾病的产生、发展、转归中起着重要作用,调节特禀体质应贯穿其防治的始终,自拟“脱敏调体方”对禀赋不耐及肺卫失衡有良好改善作用。呼吸道变态反应性疾病基本病机为邪热怫郁于肺,临证在辨体论治的基础上先辨病抓住根本病机,再辨证做到因人施治,佐以对症治疗。This paper summarized professor WANG Qi’s experience in the treatment of respiratory allergies in-cluding allergic rhinitis,allergic cough,and allergic asthma.Constitution plays an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of diseases,and the regulation of specific constitution should run through the preventionand treatment of allergic diseases.The self-made“Tuomin Tiaoti Formula(脱敏调体方)”has a positive effect on en-dowment intolerance and lung-wei(卫)imbalance.The basic pathogenesis of respiratory allergies is the pathogenicheat constraint in the lung.On the basis of differentiating the constitution,it is recommended to firstly determine theunderlying pathogenesis by differentiating the disease,and then to perform individualized treatment by differentiatingthe syndromes.
