摘 要:水电站主管部门在建立生态电价上网机制前,亟需掌握生态流量泄放对水电站发电量的影响。为研究无调节引水式电站泄放生态流量对其发电量的影响,通过引入基尼系数表征日平均流量年内均匀程度,分析了九江市九宫一级电站1963~2019年57 a内不同装机设计保证率下电站发电量及其电量损失。结果表明:(1)基尼系数相近时,丰水年的电量损失百分比普遍小于枯水年;年平均流量相近时,基尼系数越小,电量损失百分比普遍越小。(2)当装机设计保证率在0~30%范围时,多年平均电量损失百分比随着装机设计保证率的增大而增大;在30%~100%范围时,多年平均电量损失百分比随着装机设计保证率的增大而减小;为30%时,电站多年平均电量损失百分比最大,其值为13.3%,表明该类电站因生态流量泄放导致的电量损失百分比最大。研究成果可为水库在满足生态用水前提下提高水能资源利用效率提供参考。Before establishing an eco-electricity price mechanism, the hydroelectric power station authorities need to grasp the influences of ecological flow discharge on power generation of hydropower stations.In order to study the influences of ecological flow discharge on power generation of non-regulated diversion hydropower station, the Gini coefficient was introduced to characterize the annual uniformity of the daily average flow.The power generation and power loss of the Jiugong I Hydropower Station in Jiujiang City at different designed guarantee rates of installed capacity from 1963 to 2019 were analyzed.The results show that:(1) when the Gini coefficient is similar, the percentage of power loss in wet year is generally smaller than that in dry year.When the average annual flow is similar, the smaller the Gini coefficient, the smaller the percentage of power loss.(2) In the range 0~30% of the design guarantee rates of installed capacity, the percentage of annual average power loss increases as the design guarantee rate of installed capacity increases.In the range of 30%~100% of the design guarantee rates of installed capacity, the percentage of annual average power loss decreases as the design guarantee rate of installed capacity increases.When the design guarantee rates of installed capacity is 30%,the percentage of annual average power loss is the largest, with a value of 13.3%,which means this type of hydropower station has the largest loss percentage of power loss due to ecological flow discharge.The research results can provide a reference for reservoirs to improve the utilization efficiency of water energy resources under the premise of satisfying ecological water use.
