摘  要:高体积分数SiC增强Al复合材料具有较小的膨胀系数和较好的导热性,可以在电子封装和热控元器件方面进行广泛应用。但制备性能优异的高体积分数此类复合材料的难度极大,这就严重阻碍了其应用,本文介绍了激光选区熔化法制备SiC_(p)/Al复合材料国内外的研究现状,比较了传统制备方法和激光选区熔化法在制备SiC_(p)/Al基复合材料方面各自的技术特点,激光选区熔化法在制备该复合材料方面具有明显优势,在未来制备方面具有广阔前景。High volume fraction SiC_(p)/Al composites have the advantages of small expansion coefficient and good thermal conductivity,which have broad application prospects in electronic packaging and thermal control components.However,the preparation of Al base composite with high volume fraction SiCseriously hinders its application.The research status of laser selective melting technology in forming SiC_(p)/Al composites at home and abroad was comprehensively described.The technical characteristics of traditional preparation methods and laser selective melting technology in preparing SiC_(p)/Al composites were compared.The selective laser melting technology had clear advantages.The research on the preparation of SiC_(p)/Al composites by laser selective melting technology was prospected.
