摘 要:钙钛矿是指一类陶瓷氧化物,其分子通式为ABO_(3)。A位为碱土元素,阳离子呈8配位结构;B位为过渡金属元素,过渡金属离子与六个氧离子形成八面体配位。钙钛矿材料特殊的结构,在温敏荧光材料方面具有潜在的应用前景,在近些年来得到了越来越多的关注。本文通过高温固相法合成钙钛矿结构类型化合物,利用稀土发光材料的发光机制作为测定温度的一种方法。Perovskite refers to a class of ceramic oxides whose molecular formula is ABO_(3).The A position is an alkaline earth element,which coordinated with 8 oxygen atoms,the B cations are regularly transition metal atoms,which are coordinated with 6 oxygen atoms and locate in the center of octahedrons.The special structure of perovskite material has potential application prospect in temperature detection field,and has received more and more attention in recent years.Novel perovskite luminescent compounds were synthesized by high-temperature solid-state method,which can be used for temperature detection due to its luminescence mechanism.
