摘 要:通过实验确定检测工作场所空气中职业性有害因素尿素浓度的方法。工作环境中尿素粉尘的采集使用玻璃纤维滤膜,洗脱液洗脱后进样检测,经ODS HYPER Sil(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测。实验表明,尿素浓度在0~200μg/mL范围线性关系良好,相关系数r为0.9996,方法的检出限为0.4μg/mL,采样75 L时,最低检出浓度为0.05 mg/m^(3)。研究表明运用液相色谱仪对空气中尿素样品进行检测,操作简单,结果准确。A liquid chromatography(LC)was developed for the determination of urea in air of workplace.The urea was collected by air samplers with glass fiber filters,then analyzed by HPLC after elution.Samples were separated by LC column ODS HYPER Sil,and detected by UV detector.The qualitative and the quantitative analyses were carried out based on the retention time and peak height or peak area respectively.Urea had a good linear relationship between its content and area within the range of 0~200μg/mL.The correlation coefficent was 0.9996.The detection limit of this method was 0.4μg/mL.The minimum detection concentration of this method was 0.05 mg/m^(3) when sampling 75 L.Urea in air of workplace could be accurately detected easily by liquid chromatography.
