摘 要:在贵州省耕地质量地球化学调查评价项目中,由于检测基数大、时间要求紧,质量要求高,且贵州地区土壤中汞背景值较高等原因,本实验室建立王水消解-冷原子吸收方法对样品中汞进行检测分析。王水消解-冷原子吸收法具有前处理简单,易操作,线性范围宽等优点。方法检出限为0.0042 mg/kg(以0.5000g称样量计),12件国家一级标准物质进行12次检测,精密度RSD:4.35%~9.57%,准确度ΔlogC:-0.046~0.026,满足地质行业相关标准要求,大量实验数据为该方法应用于日后土壤岩石样品中汞检测标准化提供依据。In Guizhou province geochemical survey and evaluation project of cultivated land quality,due to the requirements of short time,high quality and large detection base,and the higher mercury background value in the soil in Guizhou,the method of cold atomic absorption with aqua regia digestion was established to analyze mercury in samples.This method had the advantages of simple pretreatment,easy operation and wide linear range.The detection limit was 0.0042 mg/kg with 0.5 g sampling weights.The proposed method was applied to determination of mercury in GBWs for geochemistry,giving results in consistency with certifed values and RSDs(n=12):4.35%~9.57%,ΔlogC:-0.046~0.026,so the method can meet the requirements of geological industry.A large number of experimental data provided a basis for the application of this method to the standardization of mercury detection in soil rock samples in the future.
