重油催化裂化装置烟气深度脱硫除尘除雾技术改造效果分析

摘  要:催化裂化再生烟气含有NO_(x)、SO_(2)、粉尘等污染物,是炼化企业主要的大气污染物排放源。重油催化裂化装置因掺炼渣油、溶剂脱沥青油等原料,烟气污染物排放是常规催化裂化的2~3倍。广州分公司重油催化烟气脱硫除尘装置投产以来,存在运行末期脱硫塔压降较大;烟囱排放烟气中带水;烟囱冷凝水pH值在3左右,烟囱存在腐蚀;烟囱附近地面落有白灰产生等现象。为解决以上问题,对脱硫塔进行了改造,实现烟脱排放烟气进一步的深度脱硫除尘除雾。The catalytic cracking regenerated flue gas contains NO_(x),SO_(2),dust and other pollutants is the main source of air pollutants in refining and chemical enterprises.Especially the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit blending heavy raw materials,the emission of flue gas pollutants is 2 to 3 times that of conventional catalytic cracking.Since the heavy oil catalytic flue gas desulfurization and dust removal device of Guangzhou Branch has been put into operation,there are phenomena that consist a large pressure drop in the desulfurization tower at the end of the operation,the flue gas discharged from the chimney contains water,pH value of the condensed water in the chimney is about 3,and the chimney is corroded.In order to solve the above problems,the desulfurization tower was modified to realize further deep desulfurization,dust removal and fog removal of flue gas discharged from flue gas removal.
