摘  要:面对原油价格越来越高和原油逐渐趋于重质化、含硫量较高的情况,如何来提高常减压蒸馏装置的拔出率是每个炼油厂需要急需解决的问题。长期以来,深拔作为常减压装置设计和生产的热门话题,受到炼油界的广泛关注。通过对减压深拔概念的阐述以及对减压深拔技术使用现状的研究,结合减压深拔技术在常减压蒸馏装置的应用,进一步的说明减压深拔技术在炼油企业的重要性。In the face of higher and higher crude oil price and heavier crude oil with higher sulfur content,how to improve the withdrawal rate of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is an urgent problem to be solved in every refinery.For a long time,deep drawing,as a hot topic in the design and production of atmospheric and vacuum devices,has been widely concerned by the refinery industry.Through the introduction of the concept of vacuum deep drawing and the study of the application status of vacuum deep drawing technology,combined with the application of vacuum deep drawing technology in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the importance of vacuum deep drawing technology in oil refining enterprises was further explained.
