摘　　要：以石化企业固定顶油品储罐为研究对象,论述了储罐蒸发损耗的类型、蒸发损耗过程、成因及不同损耗的影响因素,并根据各因素的影响程度从储罐选型、罐漆颜色、储罐隔热、承压性能、周转频率及油气回收技术等方面提出了针对性的降耗措施,为企业制定切实可行的风险防范措施,控制油品蒸发损耗量,提高油品利用率,降低经济损失提供参考。Taking the fixed roof tank of petrochemical enterprises as the research object,the types,process,causes and influencing factors of evaporation loss were discussed,according to the influence degree of each factor,targeted consumption reduction measures were put forward from the aspects of tank selection,tank paint color,tank insulation,pressure bearing performance,turnover frequency and oil and gas recovery technology.It provided a reference for enterprises to formulate practical risk prevention measures,controled oil evaporation loss,improved oil utilization and reduce economic loss.
