摘　　要：气雾剂产品在生产线进行100%热水浴检测的目的是剔除掉有泄漏缺陷以及安全隐患的产品。不同容量、不同性质的内容物及抛射剂的气雾剂产品,在生产线速度及水浴温度相同的条件下,通过在线水浴加热后,所获得的内压力不相同。因此,需要开发出一种方法,用于对不同的产品设定不同的水浴条件,以期产品通过在线水浴后,内压力等同于其50℃时的内压力。文章给出了一种气雾剂产品生产过程中水浴参数的设定方法。The purpose of online 100%hot water bath test of aerosol products is to reject products with leakage defects and potential safety hazards.For aerosol products with different capacities and different concentrator and different propellant,under the same production line speed and water bath temperature,the internal pressure obtained after online water bath is different.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a method which can set water bath parameter for different products,so that after the product passes the online water bath,its internal pressure is equal to its internal pressure at 50℃.A method for on-line water bath parameters setting for aerosol product was presented.
