摘 要:通过分析新工科背景下化工专业创新人才培养过程中的建设理念、人才结构和知识体系方面存在的挑战以及未来的科学技术与卓越工程人才对化工人才培养的新要求,提出应通过注重专业和产业对接,服务社会经济、注重学科交叉和创新创业能力、注重以学生为中心及注重家国情怀等方面对地方高校化工创新人才培养进行顶层考虑,并以广西大学化学化工学院为例说明新工科背景下化工创新人才培养的探索。The challenges in the construction concept,talent structure and knowledge system in the process of cultivating chemical innovative talents under the new engineering background,and the new requirements of future science and technology and excellent engineering talents for the cultivation of chemical talents were analized.It was proposed that the cultivation of chemical innovative talents should be considered from the top level by paying attention to the connection between specialty and industry,serving the social economy,paying attention to interdisciplinary and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,paying attention to student-centered and paying attention to the feelings of home and country.Taking College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Guangxi University as an example the exploration of the cultivation of chemical innovative talents under the new engineering background was illustrated.
