摘  要:食用醋总酸度的测定实验中,传统的单一线下讲授教学模式在仪器操作规范化和实验结果计算公式的推导中存在不足。本学院分析教学团队以“学生中心”,对食用醋总酸度的测定实验进行了线上线下混合式教学。通过线上学生自主观看教师录制的仪器操作视频,线下组织学生进行仪器操作比赛和分组讨论推导实验结果计算公式,引导学生开展自主、合作和探究性学习,激发了学生的学习热情,提高了学习效率和常规仪器操作的规范性。In the experiment of measuring the total acidity of edible vinegar,the traditional single offline teaching teaching mode is insufficient in teaching the standardized operation of the instrument and the derivation of the calculation formula of the experimental results.The analytics teaching team conducted a mixed online and offline teaching on the measurement experiment of the total acidity of edible vinegar with the“student-centered”.Through online students watching the operation videos recorded by teachers independently,offline organizing student to conduct operation competitions and group discussions to deduce the calculation formula of experimental results students were guided to carry out independent,cooperative and exploratory learning,students’enthusiasm for learning was stimulated,and learning efficiency and standardization of routine instrument operation were improved.
