摘　　要：以地方应用型本科院校的生物工程专业生物化学课程思政为出发点,挖掘生物化学课程的发展历史、生物化学家的故事、生物化学与生活、生物化学故事和生物化学实验等方面的课程思政元素。通过合理的设计与有机整合,以生物化学课程思政为契机实现对生物工程专业学生的全方位思政育人。培养学生思辨能力和创新精神,建立学生民族自豪感、激发学生爱国情怀。为专业课程的思政教育提供参考。In order to carry out ideological and political education on Biochemistry course of Bioengineering major for local application-oriented universities,the development history of Biochemistry course,the story of biochemists,the Biochemistry and life,the story of Biochemistry and Biochemistry experiment were explored as ideological and political elements.Ideological and political elements were integrated into Biochemistry for training the students with better innovation and engineering application abilities by the suitable design and combination.The speculative ability and innovative spirit of students were cultivated,and the national pride was established as well as the patriotic feelings was stimulated in the comprehensive ideological and political education.A reference for the ideological and political education of professional courses were provided.
