摘　　要：浙江省广电主干网光缆承担了省内广播电视节目有线传送及数据专线传输任务。本文分析了光缆线路运维中监测管理的实际需求,设计了具备实时监测、故障定位和资源管理等数智化运维功能的监测管理系统并投入使用。论文还对该系统在省内宁波至温州段线路改造中的应用实践情况作了介绍。The optical cable of Zhejiang radio and television backbone network undertakes the tasks of television program transmission and data transmission.This paper analyzes the actual needs of monitoring management in optical cable line’s operation and maintenance,designs a monitoring and management system with maintenance functions such as real-time monitoring,fault localization and resource management,and introduces the application practice in the line reconstruction from Ningbo to Wenzhou.
