安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液对烧烫伤后伤口感染患者创面修复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液对烧烫伤后伤口感染患者创面修复效果的影响。方法 将我院2018年4月至2020年4月收治的120例烧烫伤后伤口感染患者纳入本次研究,根据治疗方案差异将其分为对照组(60例,常规创面清创+呋喃西林湿敷治疗)和观察组(60例,常规创面清创+安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组住院期间换药次数显著少于对照组,无明显渗液渗出时间、创面完全愈合时间、住院时长均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3、7 d,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对疗效的满意度为98.33%,显著高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。结论 安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液应用于烧烫伤后伤口感染患者中可快速改善其临床症状,缓解疼痛,促进创面修复,降低炎症因子水平,且能有效提高患者对疗效的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the influence of An’erdian skin antiseptic Ⅲ on wound repair effect in patients with wound infection after burn and scald.Methods A total of 120 patients with wound infection after burn and scald treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were included in this study.According to the difference of treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group(60 cases,conventional wound debridement + furacilin wet compress treatment)and observation group(60 cases,conventional wound debridement + An’erdian skin antiseptic Ⅲ treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The number of dressing changes in the observation group during hospitalization was significantly less than that in the control group,and the time of no obvious exudation,the time of complete wound healing and the hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 3 and 7 d after treatment,the visual analogue score(VAS) score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with the curative effect was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 86.67% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The An’erdian skin antiseptic Ⅲ applied in patients with wound infection after burn and scald can quickly improve their clinical symptoms,relieve pain,promote wound repair,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,and effectively improve patients’ satisfaction with the curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
