摘　　要：目的 探讨依据患者心率手动调整螺距对冠状动脉64层计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)成像质量的影响。方法 选择本院2021年1月至7月接收的60例疑似冠心病需进行冠状动脉CT检查患者为研究对象,所有患者均进行冠状动脉CT成像检查。按照随机数字表法将患者分为A组(n=30,由设备自动设置螺距)和B组(n=30,根据患者心率手动设置螺距)。比较两组检查相关指标及图像质量评价结果。结果 B组扫描时的平均螺距小于A组(P<0.05);两组扫描前和扫描时心率分别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的冠状动脉狭窄检出率、对比剂用量、冠状动脉重建期相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组的有效辐射剂量(ED)高于A组(P<0.05)。B组的冠状动脉图像质量主观评分高于A组(P<0.05);两组升主动脉和左、右冠状动脉开口强化值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组的图像噪声低于A组(P<0.05)。结论 在检查前掌握心率变化规律并依据心率手动调整螺距,有利于获得64层CT冠状动脉高质量图像,以提高检查成功率。Objective To explore the effect of manual adjustment of pitch according to the patients’ heart rate on the imaging quality of computed tomography(CT) for coronary artery.Methods Sixty patients with suspected coronary heart disease who needed coronary artery CT examination admitted in our hospital from January to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CT imaging of coronary artery.The patients were divided into group A(n=30,the pitch was automatically set by the equipment) and group B(n=30,the pitch was manually set according to the patients’ heart rate) according to the random number table method.The related indexes and image quality evaluation results of the two groups were compared.Results The average pitch of the group B was smaller than that of the group A(P0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection rate of coronary artery stenosis,the dosage of contrast agent and coronary artery reconstruction phase between the two group(P>0.05);the effective dose(ED) of the group B was higher than that of the group A(P0.05);the image noise of the group B was lower than that of the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Mastering the change law of heart rate before examination and manually adjusting the pitch according to the heart rate is conducive to obtaining high-quality image of 64-slice CT for coronary artery,so as to improve the success rate of examination.
