路径化健康教育对腹腔镜胆结石手术患者康复效果、自我管理能力及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究路径化健康教育对腹腔镜胆结石手术患者康复效果、自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法 将2020年1月至12月我院收治的80例腹腔镜胆结石手术患者随机分为对照组(常规健康教育)和观察组(路径化健康教育),各40例。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、伤口愈合时间、首次下床活动时间及住院时间短于对照组,健康教育、行为依从性达标率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,两组的病情症状监测、遵医嘱用药、日常生活管理、健康饮食、定期复查及消化系统疾病生存质量指数量表(GLQI)评分高于术前,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于术前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 路径化健康教育能有效提高腹腔镜胆结石手术患者的自我管理能力及生活质量,有利于术后康复。Objective To explore the effects of path based health education on rehabilitation effect,self-management ability and quality of life of patients with laparoscopic gallstone surgery.Methods Eighty patients with laparoscopic gallstone surgery in our hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(routine health education)and observation group(path based health education),with 40 cases in each group.The nursing effects in the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,the time of first exhaust,the time of wound healing,the time of first movement out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the success rates of health education and behavior compliance were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).After operation,the disease symptoms monitoring,medication according to medical advice,daily life management,healthy diet,regular review and Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GLQI) scores in the two groups were higher than those before operation,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) scores were lower than those before operation,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Path based health education can effectively improve the self-management ability and quality of life of patients with laparoscopic gallstone surgery,conducive to postoperative rehabilitation.
