摘 要:针对金属文物表面锈蚀导致液态电解质泄露问题,设计了一种适用于现场操作的便携式原位检测凝胶探头,探头采用KCl凝胶电解质,以铂网、Ag/AgCl电极与金属文物表面构建三电极体系。实验室使用电化学阻抗技术分别测试带锈铸铁样品和故宫铁质文物对探头进行验证,结果表明KCl溶液和凝胶电解质所得到的阻抗曲线形状相似,相位角无明显变化,同时利用凝胶电解质监测单宁酸作为保护材料的时效性,结果表明铁质文物经单宁酸浸泡6h后的电荷转移电阻提升54.16%,双电层电容下降31.97%,扩散阻抗增长1.44倍。该凝胶探头可有效克服溶液电解质外溢,简化预处理过程,实现金属文物保护效果的原位监控,判断保护材料的作用时效,为金属文物教学研究提供了基础条件。In order to solve the problem of liquid electrolyte leakage caused by surface corrosion of metal relics,a portable in-situ detection gel probe suitable for field operation is designed.The probe uses KCl gel electrolyte,and a three-electrode system is constructed with platinum mesh,Ag/AgCl electrode and metal relics surface.The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)is used to test the rusted cast iron samples and the iron relics in the Forbidden City to verify the probe.The results show that the impedance curves obtained by KCl solution and gel electrolyte are similar in shape,and the phase angle has no obvious change.At the same time,the gel electrolyte is used to monitor the timeliness of tannic acid as a protective material.The results show that the charge transfer resistance of the iron relics soaked in tannic acid for 6 h increases by 54.16%,the double layer capacitance decreases by 31.97%,and the diffusion impedance increases by 1.44 times.The gel probe can effectively overcome the electrolyte leakage of the solution,simplify the pretreatment process,realize the in-situ monitoring of the protection effect of metal relics,and judge the action time of the protective materials,which provides the basic conditions for the teaching and research of metal relics.
