摘　　要：试验采用PCR-RFLP技术分析猪Ⅰ型胶原α1亚基基因(Collagen typeⅠalpha1,COL1A1)的多态性,检测该基因在杜洛克猪、长白猪和大白猪群体内的基因型频率、等位基因频率以及群体遗传学指标。结果表明,COL1A1基因在3个猪群体内呈现3种基因型。在杜洛克猪群体内AA基因型为优势基因型,A等位基因频率为优势等位基因;在长白猪和大白猪群体内AG基因型为优势基因型,G等位基因为优势等位基因。COL1A1基因在杜洛克猪、长白猪和大白猪群体内PIC值在0.25~0.5之间,表现为中度多态。In this study,the polymorphism of COL1A1 gene was analyzed by PCR-RFLP technique,and the genotype frequency and allele frequency of COL1A1 gene in Duroc and Landrace pigs were detected.The results showed that there were 3 genotypes of COL1A1 gene in three pig populations.AA genotype was the dominant genotype and A allele frequency was the dominant allele in Duroc pig populations.AG genotype was the dominant genotype and G allele was the dominant allele in Landrace and Large white pig populations.The PIC values of COL1A1 gene in Duroc,Landrace and Large white pig populations ranged from 0.25 to 0.5,showing moderate polymorphism.
