摘　　要：非洲猪瘟变异株的出现,给规模化猪场生物安全体系的运行带来了前所未有的挑战,一旦感染,损失惨重。笔者所管万鑫种猪场自2020年12月投产至今,成功防控住非洲猪瘟、猪伪狂犬病、流行性腹泻等疾病,说明其建立的生物安全体系是行之有效的。文章从猪场硬件建设、“四流”相关管理、思想意识建设、生物安全审查等方面,归纳并分享1.35万头母猪场生物安全体系构建经验,以期为科学防控非洲猪瘟提供参考。The emergence of variant strains of ASF has brought unprecedented challenges to the operation of biosafety system in large-scale pig farms.The Wanxin breeding pig farm managed by the author has successfully prevented and controlled African swine fever,pseudorabies,epidemic diarrhea,etc,since it was put into operation in December 2020,indicating that the established biosafety system is effective.In order to provide reference for scientific prevention and control of ASF,this paper summarized and shared the experience of building biosafety system for 13 500 sows from the aspects of hardware construction,"four-stream" related management,ideological construction and biosafety review.
