摘  要:为实现小型电子感应加速器的国产化,研制了一台加速器主控系统,包括励磁电源电路、电子注入电路、电子俘获电路、电子偏转电路。励磁电源电路采用励磁绕组与电容组构成的电感电容并联(Inductor-capacitor parallel,LC)谐振电路,励磁绕组在机头磁极气隙处产生符合电子稳定加速的磁场;电子注入电路利用热阴极电子枪提供电子源并将电子初步加速引入到加速腔里面;电子俘获电路产生一个脉冲辅助磁场辅助电子俘获;电子偏转电路利用脉冲磁场瞬间提高中心磁通量使电子束从平衡轨道偏转到靶上发生韧致辐射产生X射线。联合加速器机头测试,产生的X射线穿透力达到276 mm,空气丝分辨2 mm,空间分辨率3 mm,反差灵敏度符合成像要求,可满足一定类别的辐射型货物与车辆检查系统。[Background]Betatrons are widely used in non-destructive testing,cargo and vehicle safety inspection systems.[Purpose]This study aims to develop a mian control system of electron induction accelerator for the domestic production of small size betatron,and evaluate its imaging performance.Main control system was developed,including excitation power circuit,electron injection circuit,electron capture circuit and electron displacement circuit.[Methods]The inductor-capacitor parallel(LC)resonant circuit composed of excitation winding and capacitor bank was employed for excitation power circuit to generate a magnetic field that accelerates electrons steadily at the air gap of the electromagnet.The electron gun was applied to electron injection circuit for providing the electron source,and pulling the electron into the acceleration cavity.The electron capture efficiency was improved by a pulse assisted magnetic generated by field electron capture circuit,and the pulsed magnetic field was applied to the electron displacement circuit to instantaneously increase the central magnetic flux for deflecting the electron beam from the equilibrium orbit to the target to produce bremsstrahlung radiation.[Results]The test results show that the generated X-ray steel penetration reaches 276 mm,the air wire detectability is 2 mm,the spatial resolution is 3 mm,and the contrast sensitivity meets the imaging requirements.[Conclusions]The developed control system and radiator can satisfy cargo and vehicles radiographic inspection system.
