摘 要:针对现有温控负荷参与电网调频控制策略中较少考虑频率事件发生时引起的线路重载、越限等问题,本文提出一种在温控负荷参与电网二次调频时,以系统网损最小、电压偏差最小为双目标的计及配电网约束的优化调度方法。该方法利用遗传禁忌算法求解参与调频的温控负荷所在最优配电网节点位置以及该节点可以提供的温控负荷调频容量。在33节点配电网系统中的仿真结果表明,在温控负荷参与电网二次调频时若计及配电网约束,可避免线路出现重载和越限问题。In view of the existing temperature-controlled load participating in the grid frequency regulation control strategy,less consideration is given to the problems of line overload and limit violation caused by frequency events.In this paper,an optimal dispatching method considering the constraints of distribution network is proposed,which takes into account the minimum network loss and the minimum voltage deviation when the temperature controlled load participates in the secondary frequency regulation of power grid.This method uses the genetic taboo algorithm to solve the optimal distribution network node position of the temperature control load participating in the frequency modulation and the temperature control load frequency modulation capacity that the node can provide.The simulation results in the 33-node distribution network system show that if the constraints of the distribution network are taken into account when the temperature-controlled load participates in the secondary frequency regulation of the grid,the problem of heavy load and over-limit of the line can be avoided.
