摘　　要：目的:研究壮药羊开口的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、MCI gel、Sephadex LH-20、反相C 18柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据和薄层色谱鉴定其结构。结果:从羊开口的75%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别鉴定为胡萝卜苷(Ⅰ)、白桦脂酸(Ⅱ)、3,3′-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、3,3′,4′-三甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、没食子酸甲酯(Ⅴ)和没食子酸(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ、Ⅳ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents from Zhuang medicine Radix Melastomatis normalis.Methods The constituents were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods such as Silica gel,MCI gel,Sephadex LH-20 and Reverse-phase C 18,and their structures were identified by spectral data analyses and TLC.Results Six compounds were isolated from the 75% ethanol extracts of Radix Melastomatis normalis and identified as daucosterol(Ⅰ),betulinic acid(Ⅱ),4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3,3′-di-O-methylellagic acid(Ⅲ),4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3,3′,4′-tri-O-methylellagic acid(Ⅳ),methyl gallate(Ⅴ),and gallic acid(Ⅵ).Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅳ were obtained from the plant for the first time.
