摘 要:目的:比较分析广西、海南丁香(Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb)花蕾挥发油中的化学成分。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取得到广西、海南丁香挥发油。使用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)分析丁香挥发油中化合物的种类;利用面积归一化法计算丁香挥发油中主要化合物的含量。结果:广西、海南丁香花蕾挥发油中分别含有47种和37种化合物。广西丁香挥发油的主要成分为丁香酚(C_(10)H_(12)O_(2))、1-石竹烯(C_(15)H_(24))、α-石竹烯(C_(15)H_(24)),其含量分别为57.62%、34.22%、4.77%;海南丁香花蕾挥发油中主要成分为丁香酚(C_(10)H_(12)O_(2))、1-石竹烯(C_(15)H_(24))、乙酸丁香酚酯(C_(12)H_(14)O_(3)),其含量分别为72.96%、19.60%、4.88%。广西、海南丁香挥发油含量最高的化合物均为丁香酚。结论:广西、海南两个产地的丁香含有的化合物的种类和含量既有相似性,也有一定的差异,本研究可为合理地指导开发利用广西、海南丁香资源提供一定的依据。Objective To compare and analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from flower buds of Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb in Guangxi and Hainan.Methods The essential oil of Guangxi and Hainan cloves was extracted by steam distillation.The compounds in the volatile oil of cloves were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The content of main compounds in cloves volatile oil was calculated by area normalization method.Results There were 47 and 37 compounds in the volatile oil of cloves in Guangxi and Hainan,respectively.The main components of the volatile oil of Guangxi clove were eugenol(C_(10)H_(12)O_(2)),1-caryophyllene(C_(15)H_(24)),α-caryophyllene(C_(15)H_(24)),the contents of which were 57.62%,34.22%and 4.77%,respectively.The main components of Hainan clove bud volatile oil were eugenol(C_(10)H_(12)O_(2)),1-caryophyllene(C_(15)H_(24))and eugenol acetate(C_(12)H_(14)O_(3)),and their contents were 72.96%,19.60% and 4.88%,respectively.Eugenol was the highest content of volatile oil in Guangxi and Hainan cloves.Conclusion There were similarities and differences in the types and contents of compounds in cloves from Guangxi and Hainan.This study may provide a basis for reasonably guiding the development and utilization of clove resources in Guangxi and Hainan.
