摘　　要：以广东省推动省属国有企业研发机构全覆盖为契机,通过对科技情报中心建设意义、组织架构及功能、建设案例的研究分析,提出充分发挥科技情报中心作用、构建可复制模式、做好需求跟踪与功能优化、加强运维支持和保障等对策建议,助力省属国有企业研发机构的建设及发展。Taking Guangdong’s promotion of full coverage of R&D institutions of provincial state-owned enterprises as an opportunity,through the research and analysis of the significance,organizational structure and function,and the construction cases of science and technology information centers,this paper proposes to give full play to the role of science and technology information centers,build replicable model,do a good job in demand tracking and function optimization,strengthen operation support and guarantee,so as to promote the construction and development of R&D institutions of provincial state-owned enterprises.
