摘  要:二苄基二硫醚(DBDS)是变压器油中的一种腐蚀性杂质,易导致变压器发生故障。本文采用拟薄水铝石经煅烧法制备得到γ-Al_(2)O_(3),再通过等体积浸渍法在γ-Al_(2)O_(3)载体上负载Ag+制备出一系列Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)。测定了二苄基二硫醚在Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)上的吸附相平衡和动力学曲线以及Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)对运行变压器油中二苄基二硫醚的脱除率。结果表明:DBDS在Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)上的吸附等温线属于Langmuir等温线。在298 K下,Ag/γAl_(2)O_(3)对DBDS的平衡吸附量为69.5 mg/g,约为γ-Al_(2)O_(3)的105.9倍,表现出优异的吸附性能。在合适的油与吸附剂的质量比下,Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)对运行变压器油中DBDS的脱除率接近100%,且Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)对DBDS的吸附量不受温度变化影响。DBDS在Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)上的吸附动力学过程遵循拟二级动力学模型,DBDS在Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)上脱附的活化能为71.673 kJ/mol。Dibenzyl disulfide(DBDS)is a corrosive impurity in transformer oil,which can easily lead to transformer failure.In this paper,aγ-Al_(2)O_(3) was prepared from pseudo-boehmite by calcination method,and a series of Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) were prepared by loading Ag+onγ-Al_(2)O_(3) carrier by equal volume impregnation method.The adsorption phase equilibrium and kinetics curves of dibenzyl disulfide on Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) and the removal rate of dibenzyl disulfide in operating transformer oil by Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) were studied.The results show that the adsorption isotherm of DBDS on Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) belongs to Langmuir model.The equilibrium adsorption capacity of Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) for DBDS is 69.5 mg/g at 298 K,which is 105.9 times higher than that ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3),showing excellent adsorption performance.The removal rate of Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) for DBDS in the operating transformer oil is close to 100%under appropriate mass ratio of oil and adsorbent,and the DBDS adsorption capacity of Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) is not affected by temperature changes.The adsorption kinetic process of DBDS on Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) is well fitted by the pseudo-secondorder kinetics model,and the activation energy of DBDS desorbing from Ag/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) is 71.673 kJ/mol.
