摘　　要：慢性肾炎为临床常见的一种慢性肾脏病,以血尿、蛋白尿、水肿、高血压为基本表现。血尿作为慢性肾炎的主要表现,临床常反复发作。目前西医对于血尿改善欠佳,治疗尚无特效药物。“邪之所凑,其气必虚”,王主任指出慢性肾炎血尿的发生常以脾、肾亏虚为本,以风热、湿热为标,若病情迁延日久,则瘀血不通,气血凝结。治疗主要以标本兼顾、活血化瘀、兼顾脾胃之气为主,临床实践应用广泛且疗效显著。Chronic nephritis is a common chronic kidney disease in clinical practice,and its basic manifestations are hematuria,proteinuria,edema,and hypertension.As the main manifestation of chronic nephritis,hematuria often recurs clinically.At present,western medicine is not good for improving hematuria,and there is no effective drug for treatment.“Where evil is gathered,its Qi must be deficient.” Director Wang pointed out that the occurrence of chronic nephritis and hematuria is often based on deficiency of the spleen and kidney,with wind-heat and damp-heat as the standard.Blood clots.The treatment mainly focuses on taking into account the specimen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and taking into account the qi of the spleen and stomach.It is widely used in clinical practice and has a remarkable curative effect.
