蔡圣朝运用“疼痛三针”治疗坐骨神经痛临床经验

摘　　要：总结蔡圣朝教授针灸治疗坐骨神经痛的临床经验。蔡圣朝教授认为坐骨神经痛的主要病因是六淫邪气、外伤劳损及脏腑亏虚、经脉不荣,其病因繁多复杂,根本病机是气血运行障碍,蔡老主张“辩证求因,审因论治”的针灸理念,提出“通络止痛”的治疗大法。据此治疗大法,蔡老以经络学说为本结合现代医学理论,探索出“疼痛三针”法这一独特治法,选环跳、秩边、臀中三穴为主穴,选穴少、精、专,并通过针刺调节经络气血,将腧穴与针刺镇痛效应相协同,从而在最大程度上缓解疼痛,收效显著。附典型病案1则以验证。To summarize professor CAI Shengchao’s clinical experience in acupuncture treatment of sciatica.Professor CAI Shengchao believed that the main causes of sciatica were six evil Qi,trauma strain,deficiency of viscera and meridians.The etiology was various and complex,and the fundamental pathogenesis was Qi and blood movement disorder.CAI advocated the acupuncture concept of “dialectically seeking the cause,examining the cause and treating it”,and proposed the treatment method of “Tongluo Zhitong”.According to the treatment,CAI old based on meridian theory combined with modern medical theory,explore “pain” three needle method this unique treatment,select the 30,rank edge,hip three holes in the cave,less pick acupuncture point,refined,special,and through the acupuncture to adjust meridian Qi and blood,to coordinate acupoints and acupuncture analgesia effect,thus the maximum extent,alleviate pain,with the outcome.A typical case was attached for verification.
