瘢痕灸灸疮变化规律的观察性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察瘢痕灸后灸疮变化的过程。方法:观察瘢痕灸后局部皮肤表面的变化,记录每天灸疮的变化并长期随访。结果:瘢痕灸后灸疮面积的变化大致呈快速上升期、平台期和缓慢下降期;灸后第(8.43±2.07)天开始化脓,第(14.29±1.50)天化脓状态达到高峰,瘢痕形成需要(29.43±2.99)天的时间,愈合后皮肤表面留下永久性的瘢痕。结论:瘢痕灸后灸疮变化大致经历四个时期,即焦痂期、化脓期、恢复期、瘢痕期。Objective:To observe the change process of moxibustion sore after scar moxibustion.Methods:To observe the changes of local skin surface after moxibustion with scar,record the changes of moxibustion sore every day and follow up for a long time.Results:The change of moxibustion sore area after scar moxibustion showed rapid rising stage,plateau stage and slow decline stage.After moxibustion,pus began to fester on the (8.43±2.07) day,and reached its peak on the (14.29±1.50) day.Scar formation took (29.43±2.99) days,and permanent scar was left on the skin surface after healing.Conclusion:Moxibustion sore changes after scar moxibustion go through four stages,named,scabbed stage,festering stage,recovery stage and scar stage.
