香苏健胃汤治疗癌症厌食恶病质综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察香苏健胃汤治疗癌症厌食恶病质综合征的有效性与安全性。方法:将符合标准的120例厌食恶病质综合征患者,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为2组,分别为治疗组、对照组各60例,对照组予醋酸甲地孕酮分散片口服,治疗组予醋酸甲地孕酮分散片联合香苏健胃汤内服治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组在提高进食量、恢复体重方面效果相似(P>0.05);在提高癌症恶病质患者的KPS、血清前白蛋白及白蛋白方面优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在改善患者的纳差、腹胀症状方面优于对照组。2组患者的不良事件发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:香苏健胃汤联合醋酸甲地孕酮治疗癌症恶病质具有良好的疗效及安全性,在提高生活质量、增进食欲、缓解消化道症状、改善全身营养状况方面优于甲地孕酮单药,并且未增加不良反应。Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Xiangsu Jianwei decoction in the treatment of cancer anorexia cachexia syndrome.Methods:120 patients with anorexia cachexia syndrome who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and treatment group.The control group was given megestrol acetate dispersible tablets orally,and the treatment group was given megestrol acetate dispersible tablets combined with Xiangsu Jianwei decoction.Oral treatment.Results:The treatment group and the control group had similar effects in increasing food intake and regaining body weight (P>0.05);they were better than the control group in improving KPS,serum prealbumin and albumin in patients with cancer cachexia (P0.05).Conclusion:Xiangsu Jianwei decoction combined with megestrol acetate has good curative effect and safety in the treatment of cancer cachexia,and is superior to megestrol alone in improving quality of life,increasing appetite,relieving gastrointestinal symptoms and improving systemic nutritional status.,and did not increase adverse reactions.
