红外线对肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎达标治疗临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察红外线对肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎患者达标治疗的临床疗效。方法:收集2020年7月—2021年5月该院风湿免疫科40例肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎患者,分为对照组和治疗组各20例,对照组常规治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗佐以红外线治疗,观察中医证候指标、达标治疗评价指标。结果:观察组患者疼痛VAS评分、BASDAI、BASFI分值、指地距较对照组患者明显降低,胸廓活动度和Schober实验指标明显升高(P<0.05);两组治疗后ASDAS、ESR、hs-CRP明显降低(P>0.05);临床疗效中观察组总有效率、ASAS20达标率优于对照组(P<0.05),而ASAS50、BASDAI50比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:红外线治疗能有效提高肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎目标治疗的达标率,改善患者疾病预后。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of infrared rays on the standard treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Duhan type.Methods:From July 2020 to May 2021,40 patients with ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Duhan type in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of our hospital were collected and divided into control group and treatment group,20 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the treatment group received routine treatment.The treatment was supplemented by infrared therapy,and the TCM syndrome indicators and the evaluation indicators of up-to-standard treatment were observed.Results:The pain VAS score,BAS DAI,BASFI score and finger-to-ground distance of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the thoracic activity and Schober’s test index were significantly increased (P0.05);in the clinical efficacy,the total effective rate and ASAS20 compliance rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P0.05).Conclusion:Infrared therapy can effectively improve the target treatment rate of ankylosing spondylitis of kidney deficiency and Duhan type,and improve the prognosis of patients.
