摘  要:油气管道因环焊缝缺陷、内腐蚀等导致的失效后果较为严重。对埋深浅、地下环境简单的缺陷点位,常规开挖即能满足缺陷复验及修复要求;但对于环境较复杂点位,开挖难度和风险将大大增加,需要采取更加安全高效的专项支护措施后才可进行开挖。通过分析埋深大且管道交汇多、穿河道且位于水工设施下和道路陡坡内三类复杂环境点位的场地条件,分别给出了适宜的支护开挖方式,明确了支护开挖的技术要点。对复杂点位采取的开挖前安全分析和支护设计,可为类似复杂环境点位的开挖设计提供参考。The failure consequences of oil and gas transportation pipelines due to defects such as girth welding and internal corrosion are serious.For defect points with a shallow buried depth and in a simple underground environment,conventional excavation can meet the requirements of defect reinspection and repair.For defect points in complex environments,however,the difficulty and risk of excavation will be greatly increased,and more secure and efficient support measures are required before excavation.This study presents suitable support and excavation methods and technical key points in these methods for pipelines with defects in three different complex environments:the pipelines that have a large buried depth and frequent intersection with each other,the pipelines that cross river channels and are under hydraulic facilities,and pipelines under roads with a steep slope.The safety analysis and the support and excavation methods before excavation can provide a reference for the excavation design of points in similar complex environments.
