摘　　要：集中空调通风系统被广泛使用于现代建筑中。为促进北京市公共建筑和居住建筑集中空调卫生管理工作,适应当前“平战结合”、“常态化防控”形势的要求,北京市市场监督管理局组织北京市疾病预防控制中心、北京市卫生健康监督所,依据现行的法律法规和相关标准,遵循“科学性、实用性、统一性、规范性”的原则,完成了《集中空调通风系统卫生管理规范》(DB11/T 485-2020)地方标准的修订工作。修订后的标准对原有部分章节内容和结构进行了合并、调整,形成包括集中空调通风系统基本要求和呼吸道传染病疫情期间防控要求两大部分的标准框架。本着增强实用性、提高时效性的理念,贴合实际细化技术指标和卫生要求,纳入快速检测、风险评估等多项新技术,使集中空调管理工作更为科学、严格和精准,为保证公共建筑稳定投入使用,全面提升集中空调卫生质量和监管水平,提供有利的技术支撑。Central air conditioning ventilation system is widely used in modern buildings.In order to promote the hygiene management of the public and residential central air conditioning ventilation system in Beijing,and to meet the requirements of the current situation of“combination of peacetime and wartime”and“normalized prevention and control”,Beijing Market Supervision Department organized Beijing Center for Disease Prevention and Control and Beijing Municipal Health Supervision Institute,according of the existing laws and regulations and relevant standards,and following with the principle of“scientific,practical,unified and standardized”,and completed the revision of the local standard,Specification of Hygiene Management for the Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System(DB11/T 485-2020).In the revised standard,the contents and structure of some original chapters have been merged and adjusted,and a standard framework has been put forward including the basic requirements of central air conditioning ventilation system and the prevention and control requirements during the epidemic of respiratory infectious diseases.In line with the concept of enhancing practicability and timeliness,the technical indicators and health requirements have been refined according to the actual situation,and a number of new technologies such as rapid detection and risk assessment have been included into this revision.Therefore,the management of central air conditioning ventilation system can be more scientific,strict and accurate.The revised standard provides favorable technical support to ensure the stable operation of public buildings and comprehensively improve the hygienic quality and supervision level of ventilation system of centralized air conditioner.
