全程护理对高龄脑出血术后患者生存质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析高龄脑出血术后患者应用全程护理干预手段对其生存质量产生的作用及影响。方法:择取梧州市工人医院于2021年1月至2021年12月期间收治的100例高龄脑出血术后患者为研究对象,运用单双号分组的方式等分两组,含对照组50例、分析组50例,对照组使用的方法为常规护理;分析组使用的方法为全程护理,对比护理效果。结果:护理后分析组各项生存质量评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;其并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05;其护理总满意度统计结果高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:使用全程护理可显著提升高龄脑出血术后患者生存质量,效果明显,有助于降低并发症的发生,满意度较高,使用价值突出,适合推广普及。Objective:To analyze the effect and influence of whole-course nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with post-operative cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to Wuzhou Workers’ Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups by odd and even numbers,including 50 cases in the control group,and 50 cases in the analysis group.The method used in the control group was routine nursing;the method used in the analysis group was whole course nursing,and the nursing effect was compared.Results:The scores of quality of life in the post-nursing analysis group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05;the statistical results of total nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The use of whole-course nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of post-operative elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.The effect is obvious.It helps to reduce the occurrence of complications.It has high satisfaction and outstanding use value.It is suitable for popularization.
