中医特色治疗在肩周炎治疗中的运用进展

摘　　要：肩周炎全称肩关节周围炎,现代医学有较多的学者认为肩周炎的发病与肩关节及其周围软组织的解剖、生理功能有关,主要由肩部的肌腱、韧带、关节囊等软组织粘连、挛缩导致,是一种慢性无菌性退行性炎性病变。治疗方法以活血行气、温通经脉、通痹止痛为主,文章通过近年来中医特色疗法在肩周炎治疗中的运用进展,探讨中医治疗的优势,为中医特色疗法进行推广运用。scapulohumeral periarthritis is the full name of periarthritis of shoulder.Many scholars in modern medicine believe that the onset of periarthritis of shoulder is related to the anatomy and physiological function of shoulder joint and its surrounding soft tissue.It is mainly caused by the adhesion and contracture of soft tissue such as tendon,ligament and joint capsule of shoulder.It is a kind of chronic bacterial degenerative inflammatory disease.The treatment methods are mainly to promote blood circulation and qi circulation,warm the meridians and relieve pain.Through the application progress of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in recent years,this paper discusses the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and promotes the application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy.
