摘 要:目的:通过两种生化分析仪检测丙氨酸氨基转移酶结果分析,进一步了解两种生化分析仪检测ALT结果的差异及其影响因素。方法:用两台型号、规格及新旧不同的生化分析仪分别对同样的40份无偿献血者血浆标本ALT及1份中值质控品进行ALT酶活力(U/L)检测,并分别对其检测结果进行均数比较、正态分布的W检验、Pearson相关检验、回归分析,X-Y散点图、离群值检验等。结果:两种生化分析仪对40份标本的ALT酶活力水平(U/L)均数值分别为26.48±14.97、25.30±15.20(P>0.05);W1=0.952,W2=0.948(P均>0.05);两组检测数据直线相关(r=0.994,P<0.05);回归方程Y=1.01x-1.46;无离群值。结论:两种生化分析仪检测ALT结果具有可比性,注意把握有关影响因素对搞好ALT检测有重要意义。Objective:By analyzing the results of alanine aminotransferase detected by two biochemical analyzers,we can further understand the difference of ALT results detected by two biochemical analyzers and its influencing factors.Methods:ALT enzyme activity(U/L) of 40 plasma samples from the same unpaid blood donors and 1 median quality control sample were detected by two biochemical analyzers with different models,specifications and old and new,and the test results were compared by means,W test of normal distribution,Pearson correlation test,regression analysis,X-Y scatter diagram,outlier test,etc.Results:The mean values of ALT enzyme activity(U/L)of 40 samples of the two biochemical analyzers were 26.48±14.97,25.30±15.20(p>0.05);W1=0.952,W2=0.948(p>0.05);there was a linear correlation between the two groups(r=0.994,p<0.05);regression equation Y=1.01x-1.46;no outliers.Conclusion:The results of ALT detected by the two biochemical analyzers are comparable.It is of great significance to grasp the relevant influencing factors for ALT detection.
