摘  要:目的:探讨主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)对声乐专业学生发声效果的影响。方法:选取声乐专业的学生120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规训练方法,观察组在此基础上+ACBT(包括呼吸控制、胸廓扩张运动、用力呼气技术三部曲)。比较两组受试者训练前、训练4周肺功能(最大吸气压MEP、最大呼气压MIP、第一秒用力呼气容量FEV1、峰值呼吸流速PEF)、嗓音质量评定情况。结果:两组学生肺功能及嗓音质量评定情况观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:主动呼吸循环技术(ACBT)能有效改善肺功能,增强运动耐量,促进嗓音美化度提高,改善发声效果,利于保护声乐学生的嗓音。Objective:To explore the effect of active breathing and circulation technique(ACBT) on sound effect of students majoring in vocal music.Methods:A total of 120 students majoring in vocal music were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine training,while the observation group received ACBT on this basis(including the trilogy of breath control,chest expansion and forced expiratory technique).The lung function(maximum inspiratory pressure MEP,maximum expiratory pressure MIP,forced expiratory volume in the first second FEV1,peak respiratory flow rate PEF) and voice quality of the two groups were compared before and 4 weeks after training.Results:the evaluation of lung function and voice quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Active breathing and circulation technique(ACBT) can effectively improve lung function,enhance exercise tolerance,improve voice beautification,improve vocal effect,and help to protect the voice of vocal music students.
