农地流转价格结构分化研究——基于黄淮海地区5省调研数据

摘　　要：农地流转价格是农业生产要素的重要组成部分,对国家粮食生产安全具有重要影响,过去学者较多关注其时间和空间特征而忽视其结构特征分析。本文运用黄淮海地区5省3504份调研数据,从用途和主体两个维度对农地流转价格的结构分化特征和机制开展定性和定量研究。研究结果表明,农地流转价格在“用途”和“主体”两个维度均存在显著的结构分化特征。在流转用途上,农地流转价格呈现非农用途>养殖用途>经济作物>粮食作物的分化趋势;在流转主体上,农地流转价格呈现出农业企业>合作社>专业大户/家庭农场>普通农户的趋势。结构分化机制研究发现,农地流转价格的用途分化是由不同流转用途收益水平的差异导致的;而农地流转价格的主体分化并非由不同流转主体的社会关系和生产效率差距所导致,而主要是受不同主体流转用途差异的影响。Farmland transfer price is an important part of agricultural production factors,which has an important impact on national food security.Previously,scholars put a high premium on its time and space characteristics,but ignore the analysis of their structural features.Therefore,in line with the survey data of 3504 samples from five provinces in Huang-Huai-Hai region,qualitative and quantitative research on the structural differentiation characteristics and mechanism of farmland land transfer price is conducted from the perspective of application and subject.The results show that:there are significant structural differentiation characteristics in the two dimensions of“use”and“subject”.In terms of transfer purpose,there is a trend of non-agricultural purpose>breeding purpose>industrial crops purpose>grain crops purpose in the farmland transfer price.In terms of transfer subject,the farmland transfer price shows the trend that agricultural enterprises>agricultural cooperatives>professional large households/family farms>ordinary farmers.Through the mechanism of structural differentiation,it is found that the use differentiation of farmland transfer price is caused by the difference in income level of different transfer use,while the subject differentiation is not caused by the social relations and production efficiency gap of different transfer subjects,but mainly affected by the different transfer use of different subjects.
