摘  要:搭建了一套灭火实验平台,以额定容量为75 Ah的三元软包锂离子电池单体为研究对象,采用恒定功率为1000 W的铝铸加热板诱发电池热失控,分析了电池在50%SOC下的燃烧特性,研究了溴代三氟丙烯(2-BTP)对电池火灾的灭火降温效果,并在相同工况下与水、七氟丙烷、五氟乙烷进行对比,分析了不同灭火剂的灭火时间、最高温度和复燃情况。结果表明,实验条件下,溴代三氟丙烯最快在13 s内扑灭了明火,不仅灭火速度最快,降温效果最好,还能有效抑制锂离子电池复燃。A set of fire extinguishing experimental platform was set up,the rated capacity of 75 Ah ternary flexible lithium-ion battery was taken as the research object.A constant power of 1000 W aluminum casting heating plate was used to induce thermal loss of the battery.The combustion characteristics of the battery under 50%SOC were analyzed,and the effect of 2-BTP on battery fire suppression and cooling was studied.Compared with water,FM-200 and HFC-125 under equal working conditions,the fire extinguishing time,maximum temperature and re-ignition of different extinguishing agents were analyzed.The experimental results show that under the set conditions,2-BTP is the fastest to extinguish the flame within 13 s.2-BTP not only has the fastest fire-extinguishing speed and the best cooling effect,but also can effectively inhibit the re-ignition of lithium ion battery.
