社会支持对中国农村老年人的健康影响--基于知网、万方、维普和WOS数据库的文献分析

摘　　要：文章基于知网、万方、维普和WOS数据库中社会支持对中国农村老年人健康影响的相关文献,梳理分析了社会支持对一般农村老年人生理健康、心理健康、自评健康、综合健康的影响以及社会支持对农村特殊老年群体健康的影响,探讨了社会支持的中介作用与调节作用。相关研究发现,良好的社会支持有利于农村老年人的健康;社会支持在健康促进生活方式、独居、丧偶等变量与农村老年人健康之间具有中介作用;社会支持可以调节虐待、独居等负性事件对农村老年人健康的消极影响。为充分发挥社会支持对农村老年人健康的促进与维护作用,提出深入拓展有关支持利用度的研究、引入全生命周期的视角看待问题、与现有社会支持体系构建相结合、注意并解决研究中的内生性问题、将定性研究与定量研究充分结合等建议。Based on the databases of CNKI,WANFANG DATA,VIP and WOS,this paper reviews relevant literature on the impact of social support on elderly health in rural China.This paper analyzes the impact of social support on physical health,mental health,self-rated health,and overall health of general rural elderly and the influence of social support on the health of special rural elderly groups,and explores the mediating and moderating roles of social support.It is found that good social support is beneficial to the health of rural elderly;social support mediates the relationship between variables,such as health-promoting lifestyle,living alone,widowhood,and the health of rural elderly;social support moderates the negative effects of negative events such as maltreatment and living alone on the health of rural elderly.To give full play to the role of social support in promoting and maintaining the health of rural elderly in China,this paper proposes to expand the research on the utilization of support in depth,introduce a whole-life perspective into the studies,integrate the research with the construction of existing social support systems,pay attention to and solve the endogeneity problems in the research,and fully combine qualitative and quantitative research.
