摘　　要：[目的]分析区块链技术在我国医疗卫生领域的发展趋势及存在的问题,旨在为研究医疗领域区块链技术的相关人员提供参考。[方法]通过文献分析法,收集与区块链技术在国内外应用现状相关的文献进行分析及总结。[结果]2016年以来,区块链技术在医疗卫生领域的研究逐渐增多,医疗数据保护与共享、电子病历、药品溯源与防伪、医疗保险和医联体是医疗领域的研究热点。[结论]区块链技术在医疗卫生领域的研究兴趣逐渐增加,但在实际应用尚处于初步探索阶段,仍存在缺乏行业标准、技术不成熟和缺乏专业技术人才等问题。Objective Analyze the development trend and problems of blockchain technology in the field of China's health care so as to provide reference for those who study blockchain technology in the medical field.Methods Through literature analysis method,literatures related to application status of blockchain technology at home and abroad were collected for analysis and summary.Results Since 2016,researches on blockchain technology in the field of health care had gradually increased,and medical data protection and sharing,electronic medical records,drug traceability and anti-counterfeiting,medical insurance and medical alliance were the hot spots of research in healthcare.Conclusions The research interest of blockchain technology in the medical field is gradually increasing,but the practical application is still in preliminary exploration stage,there are still some problems such as lacking of industrial standards,immature technology and lacking of professional and technical personnel.
